All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. This code must be written on the return shipping label otherwise the package will be refused. Call us at 1-800-324-6864 to request an RMA.
We are happy to return any product within 30 days from date of purchase so long as it is returned in like-new condition, with all of its original packaging.
Non-Defective items will receive a full credit, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective products are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty; therefore, they require manufacturer inspection.
You must acquire an RMA from us, returned the product to us, and then we forward the product back to the manufacturer for quality inspection. Credit for defective products is completely dependent on the decision of the manufacturer.
Some defective items qualify for full shipping refund, depending on the manufacturer.
