Our
Service Department at the Louis A. Roser Company continually provides the best
quality service in preventative maintenance, emergency service, repairs, and
retrofits for all systems we install plus many others. In fact, the service
technicians at the Louis A. Roser Company were contracted to be on call and
provide all service work for the 2002 Winter Olympics including the bobsled
track and all ice skating facilities.
Our Service Technicians are factory and industry trained in all aspects of industrial refrigeration systems, equipment and controls. Our preventative maintenance insures that the proper maintenance and service is performed on a timely basis with minimum system down time and interruptions.

We can custom tailor your preventative maintenance and service requirements for your facility and offer scheduled service contracts for either weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual inspections. Our service technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our knowledgeable staff understands the importance of making sure you get the quickest response to your particular needs for parts. We have dedicated ourselves to ensure you get the right parts for you particular needs the first time. We have an extensive inventory of associated refrigeration parts and supplies. Whether you prefer to service your own equipment, or rely on The Louis A. Roser Company for your service and maintenance requirements, you can count on us to supply you with the parts you need, when you need them. Items not in stock can be available on short notice.
